"Sharjah Islamic" The new batch of the program is launched "Pioneers 2025"
Sharjah, August 26/ WAM/ Sharjah Islamic Bank launched the new batch of the “Rowad 2025” program, which aims to rehabilitate and train young national competencies, and reflects the bank’s commitment to developing national cadres and building its professional and leadership capabilities.
The bank organized an introductory meeting for the new participants, during which he reviewed the goals of the program and its training plans, with a focus on the support provided by the bank to ensure an integrated development trip to the participants.
His Excellency Al Marzouki, Head of Human Resources, stressed that the program is a qualitative station in the bank’s march to prepare a distinguished generation of banking competencies, and comes within a strategic vision aimed at investing in national energies to enhance the state’s competitiveness as a pioneering financial and banker.
The program includes training courses in leadership and administrative skills, the development of technical capabilities, and job rotation, as well as indicative sessions and participation in social responsibility initiatives, within a specific period of time.
