This intense cooperation contributed to collecting information on new criminal networks and exchanging experiences on drug smuggling methods, unifying coalition efforts and partners in control, building bilateral relations between specialized experts, which has strengthened the efficiency of field coordination, raising the level of common readiness, and developing proactive mechanisms to address the “illegal” drug flows of the border.

It is noteworthy that the International Security Alliance (ISA) is a framework established in 2017, by France and the United Arab Emirates, with the aim of enhancing cooperation and building partnerships between member states to confront joint security challenges.

The coalition focuses on issues with a global dimension, foremost of which is the fight against cross -border crime, with the adoption of an approach that combines high -level strategic cooperation with field executive participation, in a manner that ensures the achievement of the best results in the face of criminal crimes.

In addition to its main goals, the coalition also contributes to consolidating the role of the UAE and its position as an effective force in formulating the international security agenda, and enhancing its influence by building strategic partnerships extending at the regional and global levels.
