"Energy for distribution" and"House" You cooperate to develop integrated and sustainable residential complexes

Abu Dhabi, August 29 / WAM / TATAAD, affiliated to the National Energy Company (Taqah), signed a strategic partnership agreement yesterday with the Al -Dar Group to develop integrated and sustainable residential complexes in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The agreement was signed, at the headquarters of the house in Abu Dhabi, Omar Al -Hashemi, CEO of “Tata Distribution”, and Adel Abdullah Al -Braiki, CEO of “Al -Dar Projects”.
According to the agreement, “Taqah for Distribution” and “Aldar” will explore opportunities for joint cooperation in areas that include the development of facilities services, raising operational efficiency, and enhancing sustainability in infrastructure projects of the “Dar” portfolio.
TATAD will contribute to its accumulated experiences in the design, implementation and operation of facilities networks, with a focus on providing comprehensive and innovative solutions that include electricity and water services, in addition to assessing engineering designs and supporting the implementation of internal networks, and taking advantage of advanced technologies to enhance resource efficiency and reduce carbon fingerprint.
The two parties will also cooperate in developing integrated solutions for utility networks, by providing temporary and permanent services for energy and water, and the employment of digital tools and smart solutions in managing and operating the infrastructure, which enhances financial efficiency and promotes the quality of services provided to targeted societies.

The agreement paves the way for adopting advanced digital technologies in utilities services, such as smart monitoring, pre -emptive maintenance, and immediate performance control, in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of operations, ensuring the sustainability and quality of infrastructure, and enhancing the experience of customers in future “house” projects.
