New York Abu Dhabi announces the names of the beneficiaries of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed scholarship for high -ranking high school students

He qualified eighty -six male and female students from high school students to participate in the summer academy program at New York University Abu Dhabi, which extends for 18 months, within the Sheikh Muhammad bin Zayed Scholarship Program for Secondary School Students, at 2026.

The program now enters its fifteenth year, and provides a transformative academic and cultural experience that prepares Emirati students in the country to enter the leading international universities. This scholarship is one of the most prestigious opportunities available for Emirati high school students, as it attracts academic excellence and leaderships.

The associates acquire the skills, confidence and vision necessary to succeed in the world arena. The former batches graduated continued their studies at universities such as Yale and Brentston, New York University in New York, New York University Abu Dhabi, London Economy, Warton University, King’s College University London, and others.

Her Highness Sheikha Maryam bint Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan said: “The summer academy represents a fundamental investment in our youth and the future of our homeland. It is a space that enables students to think critical, develop self -confidence, interact with the world around them. Every new batch has renewed capabilities and aspirations, and I look forward to seeing how these distinguished young minds will contribute to forming the future, whether in the UAE or outside.”

The program begins in the summer after the tenth or eleventh row and extends for 18 months, as it combines two intense summer sessions in Abu Dhabi with academic enrichment activities during the school year. In every summer, students spend five weeks at New York University Abu Dhabi where they participate in extensive courses that promote critical thinking and encourage intellectual curiosity. Standard activities complement learning in the classroom and help develop leadership, communication and cooperation skills.

Teaching staff and staff provides continuous academic and personal support, including evening sessions that deepen discussions and strengthen society. During the last two years of high school, students participate in online lessons and weekends to renew basic skills. In the twelfth or thirteenth grade, the program directs students during the submission of universities, starting from the search for universities to finishing articles and submitting applications for joining universities.

The program concludes with a graduation ceremony, where students and their families celebrate their achievements, and receive official completion certificates.
