The National Academy for Childhood Development launches a program "familiarity" Awareness
Abu Dhabi, August 29 / WAM / The National Academy for Childhood Development launched the “Affaire” program, which is a national awareness and educational program for parents and sponsorships from the age of 18 years and over, and aims to enhance family cohesion and raise the level of educational awareness, in a way that keeps pace with the developments of the times and preserves the authentic Emirati values.
Dr. Mira Al -Kaabi, head of the National Academy for Childhood Development, said: The launch of an intimacy program comes in conjunction with the “Year of Society” based on our deep belief that the family is the solid basis for building a strong society, and we seek through this program to provide integrated scientific content that enhances the awareness of parents and educational practitioners, and establishes effective educational practices based on the scientific foundations and authentic Emirati values, in a way that reflects Positive to individuals and society alike. ”
The launch of the program comes within the framework of the efforts of the National Academy for Childhood Development to support family stability and contribute to childhood development within a healthy and sustainable societal environment, by providing reliable scientific content in an interactive manner, combining theoretical knowledge and practical application.
The “Affa” program offers 19 training workshops that are held free of charge in the Arabic language in a number of community centers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as part of two marginalized pathways to take into account the diversity of the needs of the participants and their various circumstances.
The program is divided into two main tracks: the path of awareness and family education, and it includes 13 short workshops, each of which is an hour, covering central topics such as the skills of dealing with children, positive education, and support for the mental health of parents and children.
This path is a flexible option for those who want to develop their educational knowledge in a manner that suits the pace of daily life, as it can be joined by default.
The second track is the course of the comprehensive program in family administration and children’s education, and includes 6 extensive training workshops, each of which is two hours, and the parents, in addition to teachers and professional practitioners in the field of childhood.
This path provides only present to ensure direct interaction and practical application, and aims to enable the participants to effective tools to build a stable family environment.
