“Ain Tadra” .. a digital platform to support consumer protection and report any violations

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the digital government “Tadra” reported that it launched an initiative during the recent period based on supporting the protection of consumer rights and enhancing transparency in the telecommunications sector through an innovative digital platform.
She indicated in her data, monitored by “Emirates Today” that the initiative and the platform she launched under the name “Ain Tadra” digital allows users of telecommunications services in the Emirates to share their experiences with service providers and report any suspected violations of their rights as consumers, which helps the authority to monitor directions and take the necessary corrective measures. She explained that in order for consumers in the telecommunications sector to take advantage of the platform services, they must follow 3 specific steps to deal with, which includes the beginning of the visit of the platform website, and the second step is to log in using the digital identity, then the third step by submitting notes or reporting your experience with telecommunications service providers.
The authority revealed that the platform initiative has seven important goals, including enhancing transparency in the telecommunications sector by collecting direct observations from users, enabling consumers to report any possible violation of their rights by service providers, monitoring the extent of commitment to consumer protection systems through all channels of providing initiatives, monitoring non -compliance cases and taking appropriate corrective measures based on data, reducing repeated violations Conflicts, raise the level of consumer satisfaction and interaction, and support the authority’s role in applying the laws in a proactive and pioneering manner.
