Mohamed Hareb Al -Ketbi, Director of Electronic Services and Communication Department of the Municipality of Al Ain City, stressed that a service is aimed at providing a direct and rapid channel to communicate with the public, and it is concerned with providing support and answering the inquiries of the population, with priority for senior citizens and people of determination, within the framework of the municipality’s commitment to support all societal groups, pointing out that the service is characterized by facilitating and accelerating the provision of services and implementing transactions for distance without the need for personal attendance and providing support in a way that reflects The human dimension of community service.
The percentage of customer satisfaction reached 100%, as the “commander” service is part of the system of digital transformation and societal empowerment pursued by the municipality of Al Ain City, in its endeavor to provide smart and comprehensive services that meet the needs of the population and enhance the quality of life in the city.
