Abu Dhabi Police comes out the first batch of women’s talent in inspection and discipline

Abu Dhabi, August 31/ WAM/ Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences celebrated in coordination with the Inspection and Disciplinary Department and the Talent Administration Center for Abu Dhabi Police by graduating the first batch of talents of the female component in the field of inspection and discipline.
The program aims to raise the field efficiency of the women’s component, and to enhance the culture of discipline and job commitment to all Abu Dhabi Police’s controls, in a way that contributes to developing police performance according to international best practices.
The ceremony was attended by Brigadier Dr. Rashid Mohamed Borshid Al -Naqbi, Director of Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences, and Colonel Suhail Mohammed Al Khaili, Director of Inspection and Discipline Department.
Abu Dhabi Police stressed that the program embodies its interest in empowering police women and providing them with the skills and experiences that enhance their active role in the areas of inspection and discipline, noting that the female component has proven high efficiency in various police disciplines.
At the end of the ceremony, the participants were honored and certificates were distributed to the graduates, amid confirmation of continuing to work to enhance the capabilities of the female component and upgrade the levels of field performance.
