Al -Mubara Al -Khalifiya Foundation concludes the “confident” program with the participation of more than 60 students

The Al -Mabra Al -Khalifiya Foundation concluded the second edition of its “confident” program aimed at preparing secondary graduates for the university stage, in the presence of Karim from Sarah Ahmed Bouhji, CEO of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority. The program, which was organized over July and August 2025, witnessed the participation of more than 60 students.

It is worth noting that the “confident” program in its second edition came with the support of the National Bank of Bahrain, and in cooperation with a number of bodies, led by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, along with prestigious educational institutions such as: the University of Bahrain, the Faculty of Teachers, the European University in Bahrain, the American University of Bahrain, and the University of Strachkalid Bahrain.

Companies and institutions from various sectors also contributed to the launch of this program, including: Pion Company, Al Khaleej Company for Petrochemical Industry, Mabra Rashid Abdul Rahman Al Zayani Charitable Foundation, Mabra Al -Kawaji Charity, Edyuknish Zoune Company, and Qaq Company. This is in addition to cooperating with Dr. Badour Sami Al -Omran, a doctor who specializes in nerve radiation.

The “confident” program targeted the age group between 16-18 years of high school students, focusing on promoting basic and personal skills, and developing the knowledge necessary to prepare them for a successful and enjoyable university life at the academic and social levels. To achieve the desired goals, a wide range of interactive workshops has been organized in multiple topics such as self -development, stimulation, university majors, and professional exploration. All the participants in the conclusion of the program obtained certified certificates.

The axes of the program also included practical projects, field visits, exceptional challenges, and entertainment activities in addition to documentaries, with the effectiveness of searching for treasure. The dialogue sessions and motivational seminars aimed at refining the basic skills of the participants, and ensuring their willingness to enter the university stage.

On this occasion, Her Highness Sheikha Zain Bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al -Mabra Al -Khalifiya Foundation, expressed her happiness with the outputs of the program over the past two months, confirming the institution’s intention to move towards enabling the young generation by continuing the determined efforts and holding active partnerships, and offering initiatives that would contribute to developing their skills to be active members who serve their society and their country In the future. Her Highness praised the pivotal role of the bodies and companies supporting the “confident” program, led by the National Bank of Bahrain, valuing the generous care of His Excellency Mrs. Sarah Ahmed Bouhaji, CEO of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority.
