Dubai police patrols seized a “mini bus” group transport vehicle, loaded with large quantities of gas cylinders, after their seats were removed to accommodate this amount of cylinders in violation and dangerous.

Brigadier Juma bin Suwaidan, Director of the General Traffic Department of Traffic, said that the vehicle control process occurred during the implementation of traffic patrols of inspection campaigns in the industrial area of ​​Al -Quoz, and that the inspection process showed the presence of dozens of cylinders stored inside the vehicle, which constitutes a great danger to the driver and road users in the event of collision, leakage or unsafe storage, as this may cause an explosion or fire.

And Brigadier Jumaa bin Suwaidan, that they had taken immediate measures to reserve and reserve the vehicle, and refer its driver to the competent authorities to take legal measures against him. Stressing that the Dubai Police attaches utmost importance to monitoring such dangerous behaviors that threaten road security and community safety, pointing to the intensification of control over internal and external roads, and the implementation of continuous traffic campaigns to control violators.

Brigadier Juma bin Suwaidan, drivers of vehicles, warned against violating the traffic and traffic laws, the necessity of adhering to the rules and laws, and not to load vehicles with dangerous materials, stressing that such acts are crimes punishable by law, and that their violation may cause disasters that threaten the lives of individuals and society.

He also called on community members to cooperate with Dubai Police by reporting any suspicious practices or behaviors that are reckless on the roads through the service of “We are all police” on the number (901) or through the Dubai Smart Police application, stressing that societal awareness and positive participation are a basic pillar in enhancing traffic safety and safety on the emirate’s roads.
