The Ministry of Foreign Affairs develops a certificate issuance and certification service "Who is concerned with the matter"

Abu Dhabi, September 2/ WAM/ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched a new digital service with the aim of issuing and ratifying a certificate “to those who are interested”, in conjunction with the second stage of the “State Department of Government Bureaucracy” program, and in line with the efforts of the UAE in developing government services, where the transaction can be completed in only three steps through one digital window, and without the need to visit the mission headquarters.

His Excellency Omar Obaid Al -Hoss Al -Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stressed that the development of the service “issuing and certifying a certificate for those who are interested” embodies the Ministry’s commitment to adopting innovative digital solutions that support the government’s directions to accelerate digital transformation, employ advanced technologies, and support the sustainable development process in the field of government work, adding that the new service merged multiple paths into a more flexible and more effective procedure, in a way that contributes to reducing the completion time Transactions and providing high -quality services.

The service allows the citizens of the state abroad to issue a certificate “to those who are interested in the matter” and its certification digitally through the Ministry’s website or through its smart application, for example testimonies for those who are interested in treatment and study, without the need to visit representative missions abroad and deal with traditional procedures; Citizens can take advantage of technical support or inquire about service through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Communication Center available around the clock via the number: 0097180044444.
