The second version of the annual “Hey Forum” is held in Abu Dhabi 8 and 9 September
Abu Dhabi, September 2 / WAM / The Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research, in cooperation with the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, holds the second edition of the annual “Haley Forum” in Abu Dhabi, on September 8 and 9, 2025 in the St. Regis Resort on the island of Saadiyat and under the slogan “Restore international system: trade, technology and governance”.
The forum aims to enrich strategic discussions in the UAE, provide scientific and research additions, and contribute to defining the features of the global environment in light of the rapid and profound transformations that reshape the global scene during the current stage.
A group of senior officials, decision makers, diplomats, experts and thinkers from inside and outside the country will participate in the work of the forum, who provide rich visions on the current global issues, and their future paths, through three basic axes covered by the forum, which is the geopolitical axis, the economic axis and the jiotic axis, which the forum adopted in its first version, as a framework that helps to provide a comprehensive vision of a reality The international system, its transformations and strategic effects on the future of countries and their relations.
The geopolitical axis is concerned with dealing with deep global transformations, in light of the intensification of competition between the major powers and the escalation of the influence of the medium powers, and the universal restructuring of the universal structures, and at the same time provided them with opportunities for new partnerships and promising capabilities taking into account the formation in a multiple -poles world.
As for the geo -economic axis, it explores the fundamental changes witnessed by the global economy in light of the challenges imposed by retail and fever in light of the era of globalization, and the opportunities available to those who have the ability to innovate and strategic positioning, which enables them to deal with the advanced economic scene.
The jiotic axis covers the effects of transformational technologies, such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and robots, which redefine the concept of global power, national security, economic competitiveness, and geopolitical relations, with the aim of achieving fair technological development that contribute to establishing global stability and promoting international cooperation.
It is noteworthy that the Emirates News Agency “WAM”, the Etihad News Center and the IMI Media Group are the strategic media partners of the second version of the “Hili Forum”, whose name derives from the archaeological area of Hili in the city of Al Ain, which is a civilized, cultural and commercial forum dating back to the bronze and Hadidi eras.
The Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research, in cooperation with the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, launched the first edition of the “Hili Regional Dialogues”, which is the international platform of the Healy Forum, on July 8, 2025, in the Brazilian city of Rio Diganiro, under the slogan “Emirati -American relations: promising paths”, and in a media partnership with the Emirates News Agency “WAM”.
