Amal Al Dhaheri .. A general supervisor and coffee is prepared for “ADNOC Distribution” customers

Citizenship, Amal Al Dhaheri, creates coffee at one of ADNOC distribution stations in Al Ain, and provides her with all love to customers who knew her by name, and they come specifically to enjoy the taste of its elaborate coffee.

Despite her work as a general supervisor of the station, she is keen to pressure the work of the work team and make and provide coffee by itself, to ensure that everyone gets the best service.

Amal Al -Dhaheri told «Emirates Today»: “My story started with (ADNOC Distribution) as part of an initiative carried out by the company, which is an ideal work environment and a dream for many citizens and citizens, and I joined the company since 2014, and moved between different jobs, which earned me a great experience and skill.”

She added: «National companies initiatives are a wide chapter to discover youth skills and capabilities, so I advise graduates to participate in them, and I hope that the various companies and government agencies will expand in employment initiatives.

Al -Dhaheri continued: “The best thing I learned in (ADNOC Distribution), ambition, perseverance, self -confidence and providing a distinguished customer service until I became very proud of myself, and I work with great passion and love that made my family and my children proud of me.”

She said: «Emirati women are able to do more than one task and a role in her day, and she has the ability to combine success in work and home, and this is what I completely mastered at the present time as an employee begins her hours from six in the morning and I have four children.

Al -Dhaheri added: “My supervisory work is on everything related to employees, accounts and performance at the station, perhaps something away from doing the tasks (Parista) and providing drinks to the public, but I prefer to do this myself from time to time to feel what my team suffers from problems or pressure, and this method is the best to find solutions and provide the best service in the fastest time, and create a successful work environment in my station. Noting that innovative and positive ideas and enhancing the culture of teamwork, all of this receives approval and encouragement from (ADNOC Distribution) managers, raises sales and reduces pressure on employees.

Al -Dhaheri continued: “One of the supervisory tasks is to feel the employees, and I am keen from time to time to do the (Parista) experience as well, to give a picture of Emirati women that she is able to understand the details of the work, whatever its nature, and participate in the service of their country and its people in any job site.”

Al -Dhahiri advised the citizen to take advantage of the opportunities that are available to them and discover themselves and their talents, and participate in employment initiatives and exhibitions.
