A winter storm causes the cancellation of 11,400 flights in America

The winter storm that swept through South America yesterday, to Canceling and delaying more than (11,400) flights in a number of regions of the northeast and other places in the country.
Analytical reports following aviation in America stated that The majority of flights were canceled yesterday, at a number of airports, including LaGuardia Airport in New York, where the percentage of flight cancellations reached (91%), with (436) flights.
94% of flights canceled
In Philadelphia, the percentage of flight cancellations reached (94%), with (326) flights, and John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York witnessed the cancellation of (466) flights, i.e. about (80%).
Among Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, all airlines canceled departure flights for today, as the number of canceled flights reached about 421.
Major disruptions also affected major airport hubs, with flights canceled and delayed in Dallas-Fort Worth, Charlotte, Philadelphia, and Atlanta, which includes the busiest airports in the country.
