Jojitsu Champions: Asia continental is an important station in preparation for global championships

Abu Dhabi, September 6 / WAM / A number of Jujitsu players participating in the Asian continental championship competitions for the Abu Dhabi Association for the Jujitsu Professional, currently held in Mubadala Arena in Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi, stressed the importance of the event in the framework of collecting qualified rating points to the major world championships, most notably the Abu Dhabi International Championship scheduled for next November.
The players pointed out that the importance of the event also lies in raising the technical level of the participants, given the diversity of competitions and groups, which gives the tournament an international competitive character.
“I am proud to participate in this world continental event, the atmosphere is very ideal in terms of the organization, and the competitions are strong with distinguished players, and I aspire to participate in the next world championship in November, so I run the League championships to raise my level and increase my points, and I will soon participate in the Egyptian National Championship as well as the Oceanian National Championship in preparation for the biggest event.”
For her part, the player Rouhan, from Iran (weighing 56 kg), confirmed that the tournament was a real test for its technical level, noting that, despite the strength of the competitions, she managed to resolve the fight thanks to continuous training and focus.
“I feel overwhelmed by winning, but my ambition does not stop here, I am currently focused on preparing for the world championship and continuing in daily exercises.”
Eva Sadiq, from Al -Jazira Club, a 55 -kg player who won the gold medal, said that participating in the Asian continental championship competitions for the Abu Dhabi Association for the Jujitsu Professionals represents an ideal opportunity for her before the upcoming benefits, especially with the achievement of the gold medal.
She pointed out that her club provided her with great support, along with her colleagues, to participate in the championship and determine the podiums, pointing out that the next focus will be on the Abu Dhabi International Championship for the Jujitsu Professionals.
For his part, Mohamed Al -Nimr, the player of the “Kumano Group” team, who is crowned with the silver medal in the weight of 56 kg, said that the participation in the tournament supports him a lot in order to raise his classroom level before the upcoming benefits, which gives him many gains, whether at the technical or category and qualifying levels.
“The tournament is a wealthy experience for me after three strong remnants against strong competitors, and it was a great opportunity to test my readiness and players and develop their level, and we are ready for the upcoming entitlements and we look forward to getting important points that help us improve our arrangement at the international level,” said Babo Raqoun, the coach of the Jujitsu and one of the participants in the Master’s competitions and crowned with the gold medal.
He added: “The most important characteristic of such tournaments is that they allow players to contact with various experiences from different schools, which enhances their development and gives them more confidence when running continental and international championships.”
