المملكة: "Tourism" It intensifies its tours in Mecca and Medina during the last ten days of Ramadan

Contact launched intensive monitoring and inspection campaigns on and all tourism service providers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Medina during the last ten days of the month of Ramadan, as part of its ongoing campaign (Our guests are a priority) to ensure that tourism activities comply with regulatory standards and requirements, and to improve the quality of services provided to the guests of God.
The Ministry explained that the field teams are continuing their monitoring and awareness tours on all , including hospitality facilities, private hospitality facilities, travel and tourism offices, and other activities, to verify their compliance with licensing requirements and fulfillment of quality and safety standards.
Tourist Hospitality Activity
The Ministry of Tourism stressed that practicing tourism hospitality activity without obtaining a valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism is a legal violation that results in fines of up to one million riyals, the closure of the establishment, or both penalties.
The Ministry confirmed its constant readiness to receive visitors’ inquiries and comments about tourism services, by communicating with the Unified Tourism Center (930), which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
