The Civil Defense in Dubai celebrates the graduation of the foundation for firefighting number "45"
Dubai, September 6 / WAM / The General Command of Civil Defense in Dubai celebrated the graduation of 100 associates from the Festival Fire Parties No. (45), in the presence of His Excellency Major General Jamal bin Add Al -Muhairi, Deputy Commander in Chief of Civil Defense – Dubai, at the headquarters of the Civil Defense Academy.
On this occasion, His Excellency Major General Jamal Al -Muhairi stressed that the Civil Defense in Dubai is keen to sustain training and rehabilitation for all its elements, as part of its continuous plans to develop professional capabilities and enhance national competencies, in a manner that ensures the preservation of the highest levels of readiness and preparedness to meet various challenges at all times.
He said that the readiness of the civil defense teams contributes to strengthening the system of general protection and safety, which aims to achieve the vision of the wise leadership that Dubai be one of the world’s most safe and safe cities, and by working with high effectiveness and efficiency to contribute a tangible role in enhancing the quality of the life of Dubai society with innovative and sustainable proactive services.
The course included theoretical lectures and practical applications in the areas of extinguishing and rescue, dealing with dangerous materials and various disasters, enabling the graduates to acquire advanced skills for the rapid response to emergency, reducing the effects of fires and accidents, and reducing the risks caused by them to their lowest levels, according to best global practices and standards.
