He went without price .. A company that sells alloys at 245 thousand dirhams without charge
A company specialized in selling gold handed over gold bars of more than 244 thousand dirhams for a person of Arab nationality, but he did not commit to paying the price and circumventing the company by sending a copy of a bank transfer receipt, later showing its incorrectness.
After the company realized its exposure to fraud, she resorted to the Civil Court in Dubai, in which it spent the buyer’s obligation to pay the price of alloys.
In detail, a commercial company filed a civil lawsuit against one of its clients, requesting that it be obligated to pay the amount of 244 and 820 dirhams the value of alloys that gave it to him, in addition to the legal interest from the date of entitlement to payment, while obliging him to fees and expenses.
The company explained in its claim that it had concluded a deal with the defendant to sell gold bars, and sent it a picture of a bank receipt stating that the value of the deal was transferred to the company’s account, and accordingly she sent the required alloys to him, to shock later that the money did not reach the account, and that it was circumvented from an unreal transfer.
In its documents, the company presented a copy of the sale bill, and a copy of a receipt stating that the amount was transferred from the buyer’s account with a bank to the company’s account with another bank, pointing out that the doubts were received after the transfer was delayed, which prompted it to address the bank that the customer follows and discover his lie.
She added that she tried to reach a friendly settlement with the buyer, and asked him to pay in cash, and submitted to the court forms of mutual talks through the WhatsApp application proving its repeated demand for payment, but he did not respond and did not provide any proof of his payment of the price of gold, whether in cash or by bank transfer.
