Dubai, September 9/ WAM/ The UAE has made a new achievement by entering the list of the ten best countries in the world for the first time, in the global talent report issued by the International Institute for Administrative Development in Lausanne for 2025, among 69 global economies, reaching the ninth globally, advanced eight ranks compared to its classification last year.
The UAE excelled in the latest version of the report on developed countries in the field of talent care, such as Austria, Canada, Finland, Germany and Norway, while the qualitative jump achieved by the state in the world rankings reflects the pioneering position it has established in terms of ambitious development policies, as well as the effectiveness of national strategies in attracting global talents and competencies, and the development and readiness of the infrastructure supporting the environment Business and innovation, and promoting international gravity that made the UAE a preferred destination for living, working and investing.
According to the report, the UAE balance reached 77.86 points, achieving the first ranks globally in five competitive indicators, and within the top ten in 15 competitive indicators at the main axes level, as the UAE ranked first regionally and globally in the axis International competencies, 6 centers from the 2024 classification in the Axis of Investment and the Development of National Talents.
The UAE witnessed exceptional progress in the Global Talent Report 2025, as qualitative leaps in the sub -indicators of the report have been recorded that strengthened its presence in the elite of the most competitive countries in the world.
This achievement reflects the distinction of the state in developing a comprehensive system that supports the polarization of competencies, the development of national capabilities, and the provision of an advanced business environment and education, as it ranked first in the world in the index of low personal income tax collected, the workforce growth index, the international expertise availability, the efficient directors with high positions, the index of the transition of higher education students to the country, and came in second place globally In the index of foreigners with high skills, the financial skills index, and in the third place globally in the students ’ratio to teachers in secondary education, the health infrastructure index, the provision of skilled employment, and the graduate index in science, and in the fifth place globally in the basic and secondary education index, and in the sixth place globally in the vocational training index, and in the eighth rank globally in the lack of immigration Minds, and the Index of Quality of Life, reflecting the state’s position as a global center for talents, innovation and competitiveness.

The center stressed that the entry of the UAE list of ten great globally in the global talent report for the first time, reflects the durability of the national economy system and its flexibility in the face of global changes, and confirms that investing in human capital, developing national competencies, and attracting global experiences, is the basic pillar to enhance the state’s competitiveness and its leadership on the international scene.
