"Human resources and Emiratisation" 11 unlicensed offices are seized to recruit employment in the eye

Dubai, September 10 / WAM / The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced the seizure, violation and closure of 11 offices to bring in auxiliary workers in Al Ain, in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Authority for Registration and Licensing “Adra”, the arm of the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi to develop and organize the business sector, because it practiced the activity of recruitment of auxiliary workers without obtaining a license, or because of its practice of activity with licenses issued by authorities outside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, which is a violation Explicit for the Auxiliary Service Workers Law and its executive regulations.
The Ministry affirmed the taking of legal and administrative criminal measures against the violating offices, signing financial fines on them, and referring their files to the Public Prosecution to take the necessary legal measures.
The Ministry valued the efforts of the Abu Dhabi Authority for Registration and Licensing “Adra”, which closed the violating offices in coordination and cooperation with the Ministry, which embodies the partnership and the integration of roles between the federal and local government agencies.
The Ministry stated that it had monitored many societal observations about the aforementioned offices, especially in terms of not fulfilling their obligations towards families and employers dealing with them, stressing at the same time continuing their efforts to follow up on the work of recruitment of workers auxiliary in the state to ensure their commitment to the law and the controls of their work.
The ministry called on the dealers to ensure that dealing with the assistant employment services licensed in the country, in order to ensure that they are not exposed to any negative practices, noting the health and security risks resulting from dealing with (unlicensed).
She said that dealers can see the licensed office schedule, through its website, to ensure their rights and benefit from the features provided by these offices.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced a violation of 40 offices to bring in auxiliary workers in the state during the first half of this year, and to take administrative and financial legal measures against them, after making sure that it committed about 140 violations of the Auxiliary Service Workers Law and its executive regulations.
The Ministry also announced the closure of 77 accounts on social media during the first half of the year in cooperation with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the digital government after it was found that it is informal and not a license to carry out the activity of recruitment of auxiliary workers.
