The Turkmen Basir Saharif wins the title of the main battle in international "UAE warriors"

Abu Dhabi, September 11/ WAM/ The Turkmen fighter, Basir Sarwiev, won the main match in the international version “63”, from the series “Emirates Warriors” for mixed martial arts, which concluded yesterday at the National Exhibition Center ADNEC in Al Ain, and witnessed the establishment of 12 fighting in 24 fighters.
Saralliv was able to crown the title after his victory over the Serbian Yafjini Morozov in a 79 kg of weight, by the referees’ decision.
The main joint match also witnessed a clear superiority of the fighter Alex Dasilva over the Russian, the Issapikov, the knockout at 72 kg.
The competitions were attended by His Excellency Saleh Al -Jaziri, Director General of Tourism in the Department of Tourism and Culture – Abu Dhabi, His Excellency Aref Al -Awani, Secretary -General of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Chris Brown, President of the International Federation of Mixed Martial Arts, and Fouad Darwish, CEO of Palm Sports Company and Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
In the rest of the battle, Russian Nahamweed Sidov defeated the Brazilian, Mir Daselva, with the rule of the referees, while the Egyptian Florepier Fares won the Filipino Alex Asio Junior by the technical judge in the first round.
In the women’s struggle, the Philippine, Sarah Mahmoud, overcame the Turkish Knor Court in the weight of the fly.
For his part, the Turkmen champion, Basir Saralev, expressed his happiness at crowning the title of the main match, stressing that the competition was not easy for a great opponent who had previously achieved many achievements.
For his part, Fouad Darwish stressed that the international version hosted by the city of Al Ain achieved an exceptional success, pointing out that the large mass attendance gave the championship its position as one of the most important international sporting events that the UAE embraces.
