"ADNOC Distribution" and"Landmark group" You cooperate in loyalty programs

Abu Dhabi, September 11/ WAM/ ADNOC Distribution announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with the Landmark Group, which specializes in the multi -channel retail sector in the Middle East region, which will allow integration between the two “ADNOC” and “Thank you” programs, which enables members to convert points and replace them through the two platforms.

According to the agreement, members of the “ADNOC Bonuses” can easily convert the “ADNOC’s rewards” points to “Thank You” points and use them in the stores participating in the “Thank you” program, while members “Thank you” convert their points to the “ADNOC’s rewards” program, allowing them to benefit from a wide range of ADNOC services.

This dual flexibility will contribute to enhancing the experience of shopping members, while the partnership paves the way for expanding future cooperation between the two parties.

Engineer Badr Saeed Al -Lamki, CEO of Adenk Distribution, said that the partnership with the “Landmark Group” embodies the unification of the efforts of two of the largest loyalty programs in the country, in a move that reflects the joint commitment to provide a distinguished customer experience, as well as granting millions of members throughout the country the flexibility, wider options and a broader daily comfort.

The “ADNOC’s rewards” program includes more than 2.5 million members, while members of the program have exclusive benefits in ADNOC Oasis stores. The program also provides specially designed offers from more than 150 partners in various sectors that include restaurants, entertainment, hospitality, and others.

On the other hand, the “Thank you” program is the largest customer loyalty program in the region, with more than 7 million members in the UAE with a group of the most prominent signs of the Landmark Group in the retail and hospitality sectors.

Rahul Gajtiani, director of the Landmark Group, said that this strategic cooperation with “ADNOC Distribution”, allows members of the “Thank you” program to convert the points of “ADNOC rewards” to “Shukr” points to use them in shopping across the various partners’ stores in the program, and in return, members of the “Thank you” program will be able to convert their points into “ADNOC’s rewards” points.

The “ADNOC’s Bonuses” program recorded an annual growth by 25% during the year 2024, which strengthened its position as the largest and most famous loyalty program in the movement and comfort sector in the UAE, and the members of the program show a 20% higher spending rate in each visit compared to non -members.
