Shareholders "refrigeration" They agree to the first semi -annual profit distributions in the history of the company
Abu Dhabi, September 16/ WAM/ The National Central Refreshment Company “Reading” confirmed the approval of the shareholders at the General Assembly meeting yesterday, to distribute half -annual profits of 6.5 fils per share, equivalent to 184.9 million dirhams for the first half of 2025.
This step represents the first phased profit distributions in the history of “cooling” that extends 27 years, which reflects the record performance of the company during the first half of this year, as revenues increased by 3% on an annual basis to reach 1.11 billion dirhams, and net profits reached 276 million dirhams, supported by a strong increase in demand for cooling services and significant growth in capabilities in the main markets.
The “cooling” had continued to achieve growth rates during the first half of the year 2025, as its total operational capabilities reached 1.37 million tons of cooling after adding a standard number of operational capacity of 41.6 thousand tons of cooling, which is almost equivalent to twice the operational capacity during the year 2024 completely.
The strong contributions from the markets of the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia confirm the company’s position, as a regional operator and paved the way for the next stage of growth.
Dr. Bakhit Al -Kathiri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Tled” company, said that “cooling” continues to build on its strong foundations, as it brought together the standard results that were recorded during the first half period and the strategic achievements that strengthened the expansion of the company’s business.
He added that the shareholders ’approval of the first phased dividends in the history of the company does not only reflect the strength of these results and achievements, but also confirms its commitment to achieving valuable returns for its shareholders and supported by confidence in its ability to achieve sustainable and long -term value.
