Abu Dhabi, September 17/ WAM/ The UAE believes that the future of the aviation sector with rapid development does not only lie in advanced infrastructure and modern technologies, but also in qualified human cadres.
Investing in human capital and exchanging knowledge has become an essential pillar in the strategies and plans of the state to develop this vital sector, ensuring a skilled national force, attracting human skills and competencies and creating global partnerships to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development.
This approach is integrated with safety policies, air field management, infrastructure, and innovation, by enabling professional cadres, providing bridges of cooperation and exchanging experiences with various countries of the world.

Through qualitative initiatives such as the “ICAO reader” initiative and the launch of “cognitive exchange in civil aviation”, as well as comprehensive training programs implemented in cooperation with state institutions, the UAE’s efforts have achieved advanced results that include the provision of 2,053 workshops and training courses, and the provision of 99 specialized technical advice, and the implementation of 51 field support missions.
