450 peer-reviewed research and scientific publications reviewed by the TrendsV Group "Beijing International Book Fair 2026"
BEIJING, 21 JUNE / WAM / The Trends Group, represented by Trends Research and Consulting and Trends Global, participated with more than 450 peer-reviewed research and scientific publications in the 32nd session of the Beijing International Book Fair 2026, within the “Emirati House” pavilion.
The participation embodied a prominent knowledge presence, which reflected the role of “Trends” in promoting intellectual and cultural dialogue between the UAE and China, by presenting the latest research publications and organizing intellectual events and specialized dialogue sessions, in addition to holding academic meetings with prestigious Chinese institutions and universities, in a way that supports building sustainable knowledge partnerships and enhances scientific and cultural exchange between the two countries.
The “Trends” pavilion attracted the attention of senior officials, diplomats and researchers participating in the exhibition, who reviewed the group’s publications and its research and consulting initiatives, praising its role in producing knowledge and anticipating global transformations.
In this context, the “Trends” delegation held a meeting with Peking University, one of the most prestigious universities in the world, to discuss prospects for academic cooperation in the fields of regional and international studies, Arab-Chinese relations, the exchange of researchers, and the organization of joint training programs.
The Trends Group also reviewed, during a joint dialogue session, with the Faculty of Arabic Language at the Beijing Foreign Studies University, ways to enhance cooperation in research projects, stimulate the translation movement between the Arabic and Chinese languages, as well as launch specialized training programs to support young researchers and advance their cognitive abilities.
