The carrier “Mirac” was delivered on August 14, 2025, by the Korean “Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries” company, which has a capacity of 86,423 cubic meters, which enhances the position of “Sir Marine” in the world’s pioneering in the marine shipping industry.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank has led the process of financing the purchase of “Mirac” with two additional carriers that were previously delivered, through bank facilities that are compatible with Islamic law.
It was agreed with the company “Fleet Management” operating in Singapore to manage the carrier “Mirac”, which started its first trip heading to the US Gulf coast to download its first shipment from the propane and Biotan.

With the joining of the new carrier of the fleet, the joint entity remains to receive two additional carriers of shipbuilding orders that were concluded in 2023, the first is a gas/Ammonia tanker built in Japan by the company “Kawasaki Heavy Industries”, which is scheduled to be delivered in October 2025, and the second giant petrol gas tanker is built by “Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries” company Korean, is expected to be delivered in November 2025.

He emphasized that the receipt of the carrier ‘Mirac’ will contribute to enhancing the company’s position in the forefront of the providers of comprehensive shipping solutions for energy and petrochemical products.
For its part, Roya Bagan, CEO of the BGN Group, said that the reception of the Mirac carrier is an exceptional event, as it is the third ship within the strategic partnership with Sir Marine, pointing out that this advanced ship is a qualitative addition to the growing company of the company from dual -fuel gas tankers, which is able to work with traditional fuel and low -emotions, which confirms, which confirms Its commitment to the global efforts to reduce greenhouse gases, which will support Mirac with its capabilities the company’s strategic plans to expand its operations in the Ammonia trade, which is always a major goal in our growth plans.
The “Al -Sir Marine” fleet is that the carrier “Mirac” is joining 16 ships, whether by direct ownership or through its common entities with the pioneers of the marine shipping sector.

The company’s fleet includes a group of loud petroleum gas carriers, crude oil tankers, petroleum products, giant oil tankers, in addition to a number of medium -range tankers, loose cargo ships, and giant petroleum gas tankers.

This varied fleet can provide comprehensive coverage of various requests to charge energy products from global markets.
