Diplomi’s launch "Future leaders" and"Empowering youth" For employees of the Ministry of Defense

Dubai, September 18/ WAM/ The Mohammed bin Rashid College of Governmental Administration launched, in partnership with the Ministry of Defense represented by the Office of His Highness the Minister of Defense, the second batch of “Diploma in the Future Commanders”, and the first batch of “Diploma for the Empowerment of Young Leaders”, which are dedicated to the Ministry’s employees, within the framework of a strategic partnership aimed at preparing a new generation of national leaders capable of leading the process of transformation and institutional development, and enhancing the position of the UAE as a center Globally, a pioneer in developing government capabilities.
The launch of the two programs embodies the integration of roles between educational institutions and government agencies in investing in human capital, by providing current and emerging competencies with knowledge and tools that enable them to formulate innovative initiatives and policies that support the state’s readiness to face future challenges, and establish their competitiveness regionally and internationally.
His Excellency Khalifa Rashid Al -Hamli, Director of the Office of His Highness the Minister of Defense, stressed that the Ministry attaches great importance to developing the capabilities of its employees and preparing them for future leadership, noting that the two programs give the participants practical tools that enhance their leadership skills and enable them to make effective strategic decisions and manage the work teams with high efficiency.
For his part, His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al -Marri, CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government Administration, stressed that these programs represent a strategic step in developing government capabilities, as it allows current and emerging leaders to acquire modern knowledge and tools to manage change and promote institutional innovation, in a way that keeps pace with the rapid variables in the government sector and supports the state’s goals in building a sustainable society and a competitive economy based on knowledge.
The two programs are based on an educational methodology that combines theoretical knowledge and field experiences through applied projects and dialogue sessions with leaders and experts in a way that enhances the readiness of the participants and gives them real tools for leading change and formulating policies and supports the state’s efforts in preparing national leaders qualified for a more innovative and competitive future.
