Honoring 40 young men and women within the activities of the fourth edition of the initiative"Arab youth pioneers"

Abu Dhabi, September 19/ WAM/ Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs, President of the Arab Youth Center, a ceremony was held to honor members of the fourth edition of the “Arab Youth Pioneers” initiative, at the headquarters of the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, in appreciation of their exceptional contributions, and embodying the vision of the UAE in supporting and empowering young Arab energies, and providing a platform An inspiration that enhances their presence and their impact on development projects regionally and globally, where 40 young men and women from 13 Arab countries were honored, among 10 development paths.

The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Head of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, Vice President of the Arab Youth Center, His Excellency Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamid, Chairman of the National Media Office and Chairman of the Emirates Media Council, and His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al -Neyadi, Wazzer Al Youth Affairs, Vice President of the Arab Youth Center, as well as a number of officials, partners and participants in the initiative from various Arab countries.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi stressed that the support and empowerment of young pioneers remains a strategic priority for the UAE, and the initiative embodies this vision that puts young people in the heart of development and planning for the future.

We believe that building the Arab future starts from investing in people, and young people are the focus of this investment, so we are keen that every Arab pioneer participating in this initiative is a witness to our ability to make a positive impact through innovation, serious work and permanent development of capabilities.

For his part, His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al -Neyadi said, during the keynote speech at the ceremony, that the initiative of “Arab Youth Pioneers” is a real bridge for empowerment and opportunities, which is an incubating environment for minds, and a welcome space in which young energies meet with decision makers, investors and supporting institutions, and a platform with which we master the art of impact industry thanks to your good efforts and wealthy achievements.

His Excellency added that the pioneers we celebrate today were not satisfied with their individual achievements, but they have a greater responsibility, to be an example and models to follow for their young peers in every achievement they presented, and every initiative they launched.

During the honoring ceremony, the “Arab Youth Center” announced that it signed a sponsorship agreement with the Tiger Holding Group, which provided financial support worth one million dirhams to empower Arab youth within the Platinum “magnanimity” package, and this support comes within the framework of the group’s contributions to enable young people to educational opportunities, work and community participation.

The agreement was signed. Fatima Al -Hlami, Executive Director of the Arab Youth Center, and M. Qusai Walid Al -Zoubi, representative of the Tiger Holding Group.

Three Arab youth pioneers were chosen by the Tiger Holding Group for financial support, Ali Hamid Al -Logani, from the United Arab Emirates, participating in the path of industries and innovation, and Sundus Jaber Al -Farsi, from the State of Kuwait, participating in the space of space and technology, and Amin Riad Abu Diak, from Palestine, participating in the education path, in appreciation of their expandable innovations and their promising societal impact, in a way that contributes to accelerating growth Their entrepreneurial projects.

The ceremony witnessed a special honor for a number of supportive institutions, as a shield was presented to the strategic partner, “Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council”, in appreciation of his pivotal role in enhancing the environment of economic and leadership empowerment for youth, and its support for the initiative of Arab youth pioneers.

The platinum sponsor of the “Tiger Holding Group” was also honored for its active role in opening wider opportunities for the pioneers, in order to develop and sustain their projects and initiatives.

The honor included both the National Media Office, the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, the Federal Youth Foundation, the Abu Dhabi International Market Academy, the Abdullah Al Ghurair Foundation, in addition to the “Draya” platform, the Emirates Corporation, the Abu Dhabi Chamber, the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (sail), the “growth” platform, M42, the Trends Center for Research, the Community Contributions Authority (Together), Hub71.

At the end of the honoring ceremony, the center organized a special dialogue session that hosted His Excellency Abdullah Al Hamed, entitled “From Sarb to Policies: Arab Youth and the Global Impact Industry”, where she discussed the dimensions of the role of Arab youth in formulating an authentic Arabic novel that leads global discussions, starting from the media as a platform for influence, through the conversion of innovation and individual success stories to sustainable development projects, and up to effective participation In the status of international policies.

His Excellency said that Arab youth today should not be satisfied with the role of the recipient, but rather to be an authentic partner in formulating the future, and move from the consumer site of technology to a maker of policies and solutions.

He added that the image of the Arab world is a beautiful image that must be seen by its positives, citing the experience of the Emirates, which started from an idea to become a global distinction story with hundreds of achievements in which advanced global centers took place, thanks to work, diligence and insistence on the first position.

His Excellency explained that the success stories of Arab youth do not acquire their true value except when they reflect the personality of their owners and embody their own touches and their achievements, stressing that “we see through Arab youth every day a beautiful and inspiring story that carries voices that will reach further levels in the future.”

On the “Bridge” summit, His Excellency Abdullah Al Hamid explained that she started from a question: Why is there no comprehensive media summit in the world that is comparable to its position in the “Davos” economic summit?, Indicating that he has made extensive tours around the world, to search for similar experiences.

He stressed that the senior influencers in the global media who were offered the idea were unanimously unprecedented, and that Abu Dhabi’s choice of hosting it gives it a pivotal position that makes it a global meeting point for media leaders and international influencers.

The honorary activities witnessed the announcement of the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council for granting the participants in the fourth edition of the “Arab Youth Pioneers” initiative, “The Roin Lighthouse”, which is a free distinguished membership for a year, while providing consultations and integrated support for establishing projects and issuing licenses easily and quickly, along with many facilities and opportunities designated to meet the needs of the pioneers and ensure the sustainability of their projects.

The “Arab Youth Pioneers” initiative brings together a group of leaders, decision makers and experts, as well as a group of partner institutions in the public and private sectors, with the aim of strengthening a comprehensive Arab entrepreneur, supporting youth initiatives and projects capable of bringing about a real change, as the initiative witnesses a series of activities and programs designed to enable the pioneers and enhance their presence, including dialogue platforms and youth meetings that brought together participants with leaders of the sector Private, along with a package of workshops specialized in developing pioneering capabilities and skills.
