Al Ain, June 18 / WAM / The Bee Café, affiliated with the Zayed Authority for People of Determination – Al Ain Branch, participated in an event hosted by the Al Ain City Municipality over the course of four days. Its members, people of determination, provided a distinguished experience during which they showcased the professional skills they acquired from the qualification and training programs implemented by the Authority.

The participation witnessed wide interaction from the attendees, who learned about the experience of “Bee Café” as one of the leading national models in empowering people of determination and integrating them into the labor market, by providing a real professional environment that allows them to develop their skills and enhance their economic and social independence.

Participation comes within the framework of the Zayed Authority for People of Determination’s keenness to expand the presence of its members in various community and institutional events, and to highlight their professional capabilities in the fields of hospitality and customer service, which contributes to enhancing the culture of inclusion and establishing confidence in their capabilities and achievements.

The Authority confirmed that the participation of “Bee Café” in government and private events and institutions represents a practical platform to introduce the capabilities of people of determination and highlight their success stories, and embodies the Authority’s vision of building a more inclusive society that provides everyone with equal opportunities to participate, produce and give.

“Bee Café” is one of the Authority’s pioneering projects, and the first café managed entirely by people of determination. It was launched in 2022 with the aim of empowering them professionally and economically and providing quality training and job opportunities in the hospitality sector.
