"House of Wisdom" It expands the prospects for cooperation with cultural institutions in Qatar
Doha, September 20/ WAM/ A delegation from the House of Wisdom in Sharjah discussed during a visit to the State of Qatar, the prospects and areas of cooperation with a number of Qatari cultural institutions, including the Islamic Art Museum, the Qatar National Library, and the artistic “Story and Fashion” art exhibition hosted by the Qatar Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Design, Fashion and Technology (M7).
The visit comes within the cognitive cultural tour headed by Marwa Al -Aqoubi, Executive Director of the House of Wisdom in the context of endeavors to exchange experiences with active institutions in the Arab knowledge scene through direct dialogues and explore joint programs and see the latest experiences in the management of museums, libraries and community cultural initiatives in line with the vision of the Emirate of Sharjah in adopting and encouraging openness to leading experiences at local levels Regional and international.
Marwa Al -Aqoubi stressed that the visit of the State of Qatar reflects the commitment of the House of Wisdom to contribute to enhancing Arab integration in the areas of knowledge and arts and formulating joint projects that make cultural dialogue an influential force in forming the future.
