Approval of the software package for institutions "Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan" For the year 2026

Al Ain, February 5 / WAM / Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions, approved the programmatic package and strategic initiatives for the institutions for the year 2026, in keeping with the “Year of the Family 2026”, and within the long-term strategic vision of the National Agenda for Family Growth 2031, and in confirmation of the centrality of the family in building society.
This came during an inspection visit by Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed to the institutions that include the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural Center, the Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Society for Future Generations, and the Future Vision Training Center, in the presence of Maryam Hamad Al Shamsi, Secretary General of the institutions, and the administrative staff and employees.
The approved package included 53 specific programs and initiatives. Sheikha Shamma allocated 33 programs and initiatives to the “Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural Center” that fall under four main projects, while she approved 20 programs and initiatives for the “Mohammed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan Society for Future Generations” distributed over five projects.
These programs are based on an operational vision for the year 2026 that focuses on sustainability and qualitative impact, optimal investment for national and global events, enhancing national identity, and transforming ideas into a tangible and measurable reality, taking into account the balance between the quality of outputs, resource efficiency, and the comfort of work teams.
During the visit, Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed was briefed on the readiness of the facilities and the modernization of the halls, and held a meeting with the management and female employees to listen to a detailed explanation about the workflow. She directed the need to enhance institutional integration and quality of performance, and develop the work environment in line with the vision of the wise leadership, especially in the areas of supporting artificial intelligence programs, the “Year of the Family 2026” initiatives, the Excellence Unit programs, and the launch of institutional awards.
The new operational vision aims to support the national cultural movement, employ artificial intelligence to serve culture and society locally and globally, and provide contemporary content that is inspired by heritage and keeps pace with transformations to consolidate identity and develop awareness. The plans also focused on supporting the career empowerment of youth, building the Emirati character full of values, and enhancing the status of culture as a tool for cultural communication and building a cohesive society.
At the conclusion of the tour, Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan praised the efforts of the work teams, volunteers and supporters, stressing the importance of adhering to the highest quality standards and adhering to the laws and regulations in accordance with the statute of public benefit associations, in order to consolidate the principles of integrity and transparency in institutional work.
