Saif bin Zayed announces the victory of Alia Al -Kaabi with an Asian INTERPOL seat as the first woman to represent the committee

Major Alia Al -Kaabi won a seat in the Interpol Committee of Asia, by 53%, as the first woman to represent this committee.

The team, His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, expressed his pride in this honorable representation, stressing through the “X” platform that “Emirati women have proven their worth in various fields, and today they record a qualitative presence in one of the most important global security platforms.”

His Highness added: “This victory reflects the UAE’s commitment to the joint integrative work approach to combating organized crime, and enhances its pioneering role in supporting security and regional and international stability.”
