The President of the State receives the delegation of the Arab Parliament

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, received today at the Al -Bahr Palace in Abu Dhabi, the delegation of the Arab Parliament headed by Mohamed Ahmed Al -Yamahi, Speaker of Parliament.

The meeting touched on the importance of the role of the Arab Parliament in promoting solidarity and cooperation between Arab parliaments in a way that serves the interests of their peoples and aspirations to stability, development and prosperity … besides working to unify positions towards supporting Arab issues in regional and international forums and activating parliamentary diplomacy to confront the current challenges taking place in the Arab region.

For their part, the members of the delegation expressed their appreciation for the positions of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan towards Arab issues and supporting the joint Arab action in various fields, including the parliamentary field, in a way that brings good for the Arab peoples.
