They saw in the campaign a message that the UAE is not only a market, but a global launch platform that unites financing, legislation and government purchases in one framework, as well as Emirati entrepreneurs give a strong boost to reach a larger segment of consumers, highlight the quality of the national product, open new horizons for them, and give them confidence that their projects are part of the national development process.
They expected the demand for offices, commercial exhibitions, and modern residential complexes, keeping pace with the incubation of 10,000 entrepreneurs.

It also stressed the importance of holding specialized exhibitions and incubators to promote national industrial products, linking them to global markets, organizing periodic meetings with officials in government departments to present ideas directly, listen to the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and national factories, in order to facilitate the development of practical solutions, and provide the necessary facilities.

For his part, the head of the UAE Agricultural Pioneers Association and the founder of the “Grassa Group”, Hamid Ahmed Al -Hamid, said that the launch of the campaign will be a great motivation for the concerted efforts of all governmental and private agencies to harness all the possibilities to serve entrepreneurs, stressing that the UAE is a leader in multiple fields, and deserves to be the capital of entrepreneurs in the world.

Al -Zarouni continued: “The real estate sector will be one of the largest beneficiaries of this campaign, as with the presence of 10 thousand new entrepreneurs expected to embrace, the demand for offices, commercial exhibitions, and modern residential complexes will increase, which enhances the growth of the real estate sector, and pushes more innovation in the development of projects.”
He pointed out that the campaign initiatives, such as supporting the establishment of 250 Emirati real estate companies and companies, reflects a clear trend towards empowering national competencies, and involving them effectively in the real estate future industry, considering that this is a qualitative step towards diversifying the economy, and raising the percentage of Emirati ownership in brokerage and real estate services.
Al -Zarouni suggested the development of a national initiative under the umbrella of the campaign, entitled “Emirati real estate leadership”, concerned with the rehabilitation of a new generation of Emirati entrepreneurs specializing in the real estate sector, through specialized training programs, real estate business incubators, and granting them licenses and financing support to establish competitive real estate companies within the country.
