The President of the State receives the world champion in the average weight in the “UFC” competitions

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received Hamza Shimiev, winner of the World Championships of the Mediterranean weights, which was recently held in the American city of Chicago.

His Highness congratulated – during the meeting that took place in the Palace of the Sea Council in Abu Dhabi – Hamza Shimayev on the occasion of his crowning the world’s hero in this sport, wishing him success in continuing to achieve more achievements and championships in global competitions.

For his part, Hamza Shimiev expressed his thanks and appreciation for the support that His Highness the President of the State for the Sports Sector and the athletes in the state, talent care and empowerment, which strengthened the global presence of the UAE champions and their achievement of global achievements.
