The Federal Supreme Court expects a memorandum of understanding with its Iraqi counterpart

Abu Dhabi, September 25/ WAM/ The Federal Supreme Court signed a memorandum of understanding with its Iraqi counterpart, with the aim of building effective partnership relations and achieving a high level of cooperation and exchanging information and studies in the legal and judicial fields during the visit of an Iraqi judicial delegation today to the court headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
The memorandum was signed by His Excellency Muhammad Hamad Al -Badi Al -Dhahiri, President of the Federal Supreme Court, His Excellency Judge Munther Ibrahim Hussein, President of the Federal Supreme Court of the Republic of Iraq, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Muzaffar Mustafa Al -Jubouri, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the state, members of the Iraqi delegation, His Excellency Judge Abdul Rahman Al -Balushi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for the International Cooperation and Legal Affairs, and a number of court judges.
His Excellency Muhammad Al -Badi Al -Dhaheri, during a session of talks held by the two parties with the aim of supporting the relations of judicial and legal cooperation, stressed the importance of visiting the Iraqi delegation and describing it as a scientific and legal addition that is in the interest of supporting the judicial and legal work system in the two countries.
