Abu Dhabi and Malaysia cooperate in developing the next generation of self -platforms

Kuala Lumpur, September 27/ WAM/ K2, owned by the Abu Dhabi government specialized in advanced self -systems and artificial intelligence technologies, announced the signing of a strategic intention letter with the city of Bhaang Aviation and Space and the University of Malaysia Phang, Sultan Abdullah, to cooperate in developing the next generation of self -platforms.

The intention of the intentional speech agreement was signed before the “Hi -T” party hosted by the Sultan of the governorate of Pahang, His Majesty Sultan Abdullah, in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, while the signing ceremony reflected the depth of the growing partnership between the K2 and Bhang.

The signature was attended by Sean Tio, CEO of K2, Dr. Yattimah Elias, Director of Malaysia University, Sultan Abdullah, and Assistant Professor Nour Azmi Abbas, Managing Director and CEO of Bhaang Aviation and Space City.

The letter of intentions reflects a joint Emirati -Malaysian vision to enhance public safety and future movement and build the basis for the deployment of systems supported by artificial intelligence responsible. Under the letter of intent, K2 will work with the University of Malaysia, Sultan Abdullah, to define opportunities to develop systems and programs that benefit from academic competencies and Malaysian talents and supports human capital development.

Phang Airlines and Space City will also play the leading national initiative in the state of Pahang, the role of the operating and technical partner of Business in Malaysia, with its commitment in cooperation with its strategic partners to allocate 50 million Malaysian Ringott to support the university.

It is expected that the total value of the project will reach about 20 billion Malaysian Ringate within ten years, with the city to become the first multimedia regional center to combine aviation, space and air space industries.

The University of Malaysia will also undertake Sultan Abdullah, as a prominent national academic institution known for its excellence in the fields of technology and engineering, leading academic cooperation and supporting national frameworks for the adoption of future systems.

This cooperation reflects the commitment of “K2” to work with international partners to formulate the future of artificial intelligence and self -systems to ensure the development of projects based on responsibility, safety and long -term sustainability.

Sean Tio said that the letter of intentions reflects the common vision with the leadership of Pahang, to enhance the future of artificial intelligence and self -systems responsibly, and confirms that cross -border cooperation, based on academic and industrial partnership, is able to cause a sustainable impact that serves countries and societies.

For his part, the co -professor Mohamed Nurzmi Abbas, Managing Director and CEO of the Phang City of Aviation and Space, expressed the city’s pride in partnership with “K2” and the University of Malaysia Pahang Sultan Abdullah in laying the foundations for the future of Malaysia in the fields of aviation and self -systems, stressing that this agreement represents a pivotal step towards establishing the position of Pahang as an center for innovation and advanced technology.

For her part, Dr. Yattimah Alias ​​said that this cooperation opens new horizons for our students and researchers to direct the future to the future of artificial intelligence and self -systems.

She added that, through the university’s partnership with “K2” and the Bhaang Aviation City, a base that combines academic excellence with practical application to support Malaysia’s long -term growth is made by launching the first “Venture Studio” business incubator at the university.

This project is compatible with the strategic directions of the UAE in consolidating its technological leadership, expanding access to markets, and enhancing international cooperation, in a way that establishes the state’s position as a global center for advanced research, innovation and commercial marketing for future technologies.

It is worth noting that Phaang Air and Space City and its partners will be displayed and officially launched during the Dubai Aviation Show 2025, which will be held from 17 to 21 November.
