5 boxers represent the UAE at the Asian Youth Games in Bahrain
Dubai, September 30/ WAM/ The Emirates Boxing Federation announced the participation of five players in the Asian Youth Games, hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain during the period from 22 to 31 October.
The list of the team included Ahmed Hashil, “Weighing 50 kg”, Youssef Ali “46 kg”, Youssef Al -Nabulsi “66 kg”, Moaz Mohamed “75 kg”, and Zayed Al -Shibli “81 kg”, and the technical staff, Mohamed Al -Shibli, the coach, is led by the coaches Hassan Muhammadov and Khamis Obaid.
Al -Shibli explained that the preparation program approved by the Federation includes training players currently individually in their clubs with accurate technical follow -up, in addition to establishing an internal weekly gathering during the weekend to monitor the level of players, control the weights and raise technical and skill readiness.
He pointed out that the preparation plan also includes the establishment of an external camp in Uzbekistan during the period from 10 to 21 October, in which the chosen players participate, before heading directly to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
