A strategic partnership between the World Government Summit and the Caribbean Union

Dubai, September 30 / WAM / The World Government Summit Foundation has launched a new partnership with the Caribbean Union, focusing on promoting the presence of those countries at the summit and transferring their governmental experiences and their work models to the world, as well as cooperation in the areas of development of future priorities and opportunities, and enhancing integration and coordination between the two sides, in a way that contributes to supporting global dialogue and expands the circle of international cooperation related to the future industry.
The Cooperation Agreement, Mohamed Youssef Al -Sharhan, Director of the World Summit on Governments, and His Excellency Ambassador Numi Espinoza Madrid, Secretary General of the Caribbean Union, in conjunction with the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, in a new step focused on developing areas of cooperation and supporting the representation of Latin American and Caribbean governments at the World Government Summit, and the exchange of knowledge and best practices in the areas of sustainable development, and cooperation in events and meetings High -level in the UAE and at the global level.
Muhammad Al -Sharhan stressed that cooperation with the Caribbean Union represents a qualitative addition to the global summit of governments, and a new station in its journey aimed at enhancing international cooperation and global partnerships, and providing the field for countries and governments in the different continents of the world to participate and effectively contribute to the efforts of the future industry.
He added that the Caribbean region is of special importance in the visions of the World Government Summit, which seeks to build a university platform for dialogue and exchange of experiences between governments around the world, in a way that contributes to developing government work efficiency, improving the quality of the life of societies, and enhancing the readiness of governments for future variables.
For its part, Ambassador Numi Espinoza Madrid explained that the signing of the cooperation agreement establishes a strategic cooperation relationship, and represents an important step for the region aimed at enhancing the presence of Latin American and Caribbean governments at the global government summit, and the consolidation of innovation is a pillar of the future industry, embodying the commitment of the two sides to support the comprehensive global dialogue.
She emphasized that the tenth conference of the international cooperation of the Caribbean Union, which will be held in Dubai, constitutes an event to confirm the federation’s commitment to transforming the dialogue into real achievements that contribute to advancing the progress and prosperity of its people.
The agreement is established for advanced cooperation relations, which includes the launch of joint projects and initiatives, and supports the benefit of emerging opportunities, and seeks, through combining the global and regional perspectives, to enhance innovation and consolidate the presence of Latin American and Caribbean governments at the global government summit, in order to embody the commitment of the two sides to enhance the comprehensive global dialogue.
It is worth noting that the World Government Summit represents a global platform for anticipating the future of governments around the world, and draws the features of the agenda of the next generation of governments, with a focus on benefiting from technology in creating solutions to the global challenges facing humanity.
