“Bahrain and Kuwait” launches “BBK Upskill” program

The Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, a pioneer in the field of banking services for individuals and institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the launch of its new program to develop the skills of employees “BBK Upskill”, based on its continuous commitment to investing in its human cadres, enhancing their capabilities and qualifying to keep pace with the accelerated changes in the world of business and modern technologies in the financial and banking sector.

The program enables employees from various departments and job levels through a comprehensive educational experience, including practical workshops, organized training courses, approved programs, sessions led by experts that combine theoretical knowledge and practical application in major fields such as artificial intelligence, data analysis and microsoft PowerPI, and other modern skills required for future jobs.

“We are proud to launch the BBK Upskill program, which embodies our established conviction that human competencies represent the true basis for innovation and institutional transformation. We are committed to the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait to develop our employees with skills and knowledge that enables them to grow, achieve excellence, and adapt to accelerating changes in the financial sector,” said Najwa Al -Ahmad, Head of Human Resources at the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait.

The bank’s commitment to developing competencies, caring for promising talents, and upgrading the quality of services provided to customers, partners and society also reflects.”

The program reflects the bank’s continued investment in building qualified cadres for the future. New training units will be launched regularly, as the program is implemented in cooperation with a number of training and educational authorities approved in Bahrain and outside Bahrain to ensure the highest academic and applied standards.
