The Ministry of Foreign Affairs receives a copy of the credentials of the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the country
ABU DHABI, March 10, 2017 (WAM) – His Excellency Omar Obaid Al-Hussan Al Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received a copy of the credentials of His Excellency Zeng Jixin, the new Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the United Arab Emirates.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency welcomed the new ambassador, wishing him success in performing his diplomatic duties.
He stressed that the relations between the UAE and the People’s Republic of China represent a distinguished model of positive and fruitful strategic cooperation and partnership, which is based on solid foundations of mutual understanding and joint support, which enhances the development visions of the two countries and their efforts to achieve comprehensive development and sustainable economic prosperity.
For his part, His Excellency Zeng Jixin expressed his pride in representing his country in the UAE, praising the strength of the distinguished relations that bring the two countries together in various fields of common interest, stressing the mutual keenness to strengthen this partnership in a way that serves the common interests and achieves sustainable development for the two countries and the two friendly peoples.
