Israeli media reports revealed a security breach that sparked widespread controversy, after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was photographed while holding talks with guests inside a hotel room in New York, near an open window and without taking clear security measures.

According to the newspaper “Israel Hume”, one of the opposite hotel guests noticed that the curtains remain open for hours, which allowed the room seeing and clearly photographing Netanyahu from abroad, without any visual obstacles or security barriers.

This incident comes despite the tightening of the security measures accompanying the Israeli Prime Minister, especially since October 7, 2023, as the surrounding security staff and the application of strict protocols were enhanced during his movements, especially in foreign visits.
