Emirates Experts Program announces the names of the mentors in its fourth payment

Abu Dhabi, October 2 / WAM / The Emirates Experts Program announced the new list of mentors in the fourth batch of the program, which was developed in 2019 under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State “may God protect him”, and the program is a platform for Emirati specialized experts who wish to play leading roles in the transformation of future growth sectors, in line with the national priorities of the state.
The program includes 25 directors from various governmental and private sectors, including members of the Council of Ministers, and will provide support to experts of the Emirates Experts Program on their professional development, and provide them with strategic visions that support this development.
His Highness Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidential Bureau for Development Affairs and Families of the Martyrs, continues his efforts to follow up the strategic direction to ensure the alignment of the UAE expert program with the national priorities of the state.
His Highness stressed the importance of investing in human capital, and preparing a generation of experts specialized in the targeted sectors, within the vision of the future state, who have the ability to advance sustainable progress in various vital fields.
His Highness stressed that the UAE experts program plays a pivotal role in supplying the national sectors with the competencies and skills necessary to achieve the strategic goals of the state, in order to ensure the sustainability of development, and to meet the increasing demand for Emirati cadres in important areas to achieve national priorities.
The program has been working since its inception to enable Emirati experiences in the emerging and future sectors, and it is also embodied in the vision of the rational leadership in preparing a new generation of national experts who are able to achieve the aspirations of the state in various vital fields.
For his part, His Excellency Ahmed Talib Al Shamsi, Director of the Emirates Experts Program, stressed the importance of the program in developing Emirati competencies, promoting local experiences, and supporting the competitiveness of the UAE at the local and global levels.
The list of mentors includes an elite group of the most prominent names in the government and private sectors in the UAE, including: His Excellency Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Cultural Adviser to His Highness the President of the State Supreme President of the United Arab Emirates, His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Sultan Al -Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, His Excellency Sarah Bint Youssef Al -Amiri, Minister of Education, His Excellency Abdullah bin Touq Al -Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism, His Excellency Dr. Amna Bint Abdullah Al -Dahhak, Minister of Climate Change and Environment, His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Muhammad Al -Sayegh, Minister of Health and Community Protection, His Excellency Maryam Bint Ahmed Al Hammadi, Minister of State and Secretary -General of the Council of Ministers.
It also includes His Excellency Hoda Al -Hashemi, Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Strategy Affairs, His Excellency Abdullah Ahmed Balla, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Energy and Sustainability, His Excellency Imran Sharaf, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Advanced Science and Technology, His Excellency Eng. Issa Bouhamid, Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai, and His Excellency Razan Khalifa Al Mubarak, Managing Executive Member – Mohammed bin Zayed Fund to preserve living organisms, President of the International Federation for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
The list also includes His Excellency Khalfan Jumaa Belhoul, CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation, Dr. Najwa Al -Araj, CEO of the Institute of Technology Innovation, His Excellency Hamad Al -Murr, Managing Director and CEO, Edge Group, Jassem Hussein Thabet, CEO of the group and managing director, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company “Energy”, His Excellency Badr Jaafar, Special Envoy for Business Affairs and Charitable Business, The UAE, Talal Al -Thiabi, CEO of Aldar Real Estate Group, Schaista Asif, CEO of Burjahth Group, Peng Xiao, CEO of G42 Group, and Dr. Andrew Jackson, CEO of the G42 Group.
This version is characterized by an increase in the academic level of the participants, with 24% of them holds a doctorate, and 76% of them have a master’s degree.
