Dubai, October 2/ WAM/ The “Nakheel”, which is affiliated with “Dubai Holding Real Estate”, announced the appointment of “Al -Nasr Contracting” to implement the internal roads and basic facilities of the “Bay Villas” project in the Dubai Islands, according to a contract worth 169 million dirhams.
The project includes the development of an integrated road network that serves the residential community consisting of 636 units, with the implementation of an integrated infrastructure for basic services facilities.
