The communication, which was bound by 1143/2025 misdemeanor, Sidi Jaber, included accusations of the artist using verbal and physical violence against the journalist, with the participation of another person, while carrying out his press duties at the event site. According to the complaint, the Deputy Attorney General at the Sidi Bishr Prosecutor ordered the opening of an urgent investigation into the incident, and considered a misdemeanor that is an infringement of a journalist with anxiety, in addition to examining the illustrated evidence, after receiving a video clip showing the artist while seizing the phone.

The prosecution also directed the discharge of surveillance cameras in the hotel that witnessed the incident, and to summon a number of witnesses and journalists present during the incident, in addition to the festival officials, in preparation for taking appropriate legal measures in light of the results of the investigations.
