“Dubai Electricity” is the strategic sustainability partner of the “Arab Media Summit 2026”

Dubai Press Club, the organizer of the Arab Media Summit, announced that Dubai Electricity and Water Authority will join the summit as a strategic sustainability partner in its next session, which will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, from March 31 to April 2, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, with the participation of a group of senior figures. Political and economic figures, an elite group of the most prominent and important media leaders and symbols of Arab and international media work, newspaper editors, writers, thinkers, content makers and influencers in the Arab region and the world, and more than 8,000 workers in the media sector and those concerned with it.
The partnership comes within the framework of the commitment of both sides to promoting the concepts of sustainability and innovation in the media sector, and consolidating its role as a strategic lever that supports the directions of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai in transitioning towards a green economy and spreading a culture of environmental responsibility. It also coincides with the strategic vision of the Arab Media Summit and its role in discussing the media’s contribution to supporting sustainable development at the broader Arab level.

It is noteworthy that the “Arab Media Summit” is witnessing, with the launch of its next session, on March 31, 2026, a remarkable development, as this session will be the largest in the history of the event since its first beginnings with the launch of the “Arab Media Forum” in 2001, as the summit this year includes a group of forums held under its umbrella over a period of three days, including six specialized forums that discuss media files, government communication, the film and electronic games sector, the future of content industry and the youth perspective on the media, which are: “Arab Media Forum”, “Government Communication Forum”, “Film Forum”, “Electronic Games Forum”, “Arab Social Media Pioneers Summit” and “Arab Media Forum for Youth”.
