The International Federation of Arab Horse Racing adopts the formation of its executive office

Paris, October 5/ WAM/ The International Federation of Arab Horse Racing “Efhar” approved the formation of its new executive office, and the distribution of positions at its first meeting yesterday evening in the French capital, Paris, headed by His Excellency Faisal Al -Rahmani.

Hisham Al -Dabbagh (Morocco) was chosen as Vice President, Jean -Pierre Derobe (France) as Secretary of the Fund, Nelly Philipo Hermann (Belgium) as Secretary -General, in addition to the membership of the Executive Office of both Abdul -Razzaq Al -Shahrzi (Sultanate of Oman), Salem bin Mahfouz (Saudi Arabia), Sami Al -Buainain (Qatar), Suhail Zbi (Syria and Scandinavian countries).

In a statement today, the International Federation praised the great support of the UAE for the march of the development of Arab horse racing, stressing that this continuous support is the cornerstone of raising and pushing Arab horse racing towards the world.
The meeting witnessed a discussion of strategic axes, most notably the joining of China to the umbrella of the International Federation as an initial member, follow -up of the development of horse races during the coming years, and see the new track building plan in Beijing to host the first Arab horse race in the coming period, and the new track in Moscow, to organize Arab races from next year.

The meeting dealt with the future of races in North Africa, by encouraging technical and technical partnerships between Morocco, Libya and Tunisia, and the return of the Moroccan World Cup with the support of the International Federation, attention to the countries of Lebanon and Syria, and working to solve the problems of quarries, and facilitate import and export operations in a way that contributes to the development of their races.

Cooperation with the Turkish side, which embraces the largest number of Arab horse races in the world, has been touched upon, and an agreement was reached to open the door for external participation of European owners by 25%.

The International Federation stressed that the next stage will witness a new start for Arab horse racing at the global level, thanks to the great support from the UAE, and its pioneering vision in enhancing the position of Arab horse globally.
