Trump seeks to deploy members of the National Guard in Illinois and Oregon

American state governor Ji Pritzker said that US President Donald Trump “ordered the sending of 400 members of the National Guard forces in Texas to the states of Illinois, Oregon and other sites.”

Pritzker called in a post on social media, the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, to “withdraw any support for this decision immediately and refrain from coordination on it.”

Later, a federal judge temporarily suspended the Trump administration’s sending to any units of the National Guard to Oregon, including the National Guard in California.
