“Medical Community” and “Business beginnings” expect a memorandum of understanding for commercial integration

the statement pointed out that the memo lasts 18 months from the date of its signing, but it can be terminated before that in the mutual and written agreement between the two parties or by signing a final (binding) agreement. The duration of this memo can also be extended for additional periods based on explicit written approval from both sides.
