The President reviews the new Al Jazira Club stadium project

Today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, reviewed the design and plan of the new Al Jazira Club Stadium project, which is located in Madinat Zayed and has a capacity of 24,000 spectators, which can be expanded to 30,000 spectators.

The implementation of the project will begin under the supervision of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Presidential Office, in 2026, and will be completed within three years.

Al Jazira Club Stadium embodies the UAE’s vision of building a world-class sports infrastructure that contributes to improving the quality of life, empowering youth, and opening new horizons for excellence and creativity, in addition to continuing to develop the sports sector as it is an engine for national development.

The stadium’s design features air conditioning for all stands, in addition to a movable stadium floor that can slide outside the stadium area, in addition to equipping it with hospitality services for the public.

The project includes integrated services, including a group of restaurants and lounges that can be used outside event times.

The project will host events throughout the year, such as various sports competitions, celebrations and other events.

The presentation of the project at the Qasr Al Bahr Majlis was attended by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Head of the President’s Office for Strategic Affairs, Head of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Head of the Executive Affairs Authority, and a number of senior officials.
